Sureshield is a polyester based floor topping offering superior chemical, abrasion and heat resistance to traditional epoxy systems with over 30 years proven use in the food industry.

Typical applications are dairy, red meat, the food processing and preparation industries.

As a trowelled on combination of resin and aggregate laid in continuous sections with integral coves, Sureshield is totally impermeable, carries vehicular traffic without damage and resists the sudden impacts so prevalent in industry. It is highly resistant

to acid or cleaning agents, and its unbroken surface prevents infestation or harbouring of bacteria, making it ideal for food processing and the beverage industries.

Mixed on site, Sureshield’s surface texture can be graduated from smooth to varying degrees of roughness, creating the utmost in safety footing in wet or greasy conditions.

All grades of Sureshield offer excellent corrosion resistance with Sureshield VE formulated to withstand the most aggressive environments.

  • Quick installation fast curing Sureshield can be walked on in hours and accepts vehicular traffic in 24 hours. It can be laid overnight or weekends to avoid disruption to production
  • Applied only by Approved Applicators, Sureshield becomes an integral topping of the existing concrete base.
  • Easy repair or modification. Areas accidentally damaged can be cut out and retrowelled to grade level with a minmum of interruption to production.
  • Sureshield has resistance to thermal shock. As a means test no blistering, spalling, peeling, cracking, discolouring or any mechanical effects occur after 100 cyclical immersions in water at 0ºC and steam at 100ºC.
